This workshop covers the craft knowledge underpinning the design of usable interactive products. Topics include screen layout, dialogue and navigation design, and input and interaction design.

Professor Gilbert Cockton leads this workshop. Gilbert has over 20 years experience in interactive systems design. He has presented interaction design tutorials at major conferences, and led the redesign of a commercial application that was exhibited at the 1996 Glasgow International Festival of Design.
